Formal Invitation Request

Congratulations to you and your family for being selected to be a part of the Aksarben Ball. The Women’s Ball Committee is honored to be working with you on this outstanding event.

Royal Court parents and participants. A formal invitation to the 2019 Aksarben will be mailed to you by August 10, 2019.
Additional invitations for your family/guests. In order for additional family and friends to be invited, you must request formal invitations and mail them yourself. We ask that you do not send the invitations to your guests until after August 10th.
Formal invitations are for reserved Royal Court Supper seating (tables of 10): $300 per person includes: Royal Court Supper, the production & Ball. (Princess, Escort, Standard Bearer and Page meals are included in their participation fee.) Attire: Black tie/floor-length gown
In addition to inviting your friends and family to sit in formal table seating, there is another option available. General Admission ticket ($25) is general seating for the production, which does not include the Royal Court Supper. Formal attire is not required. These tickets may be ordered by using the General Admission Ticket Request form.

Order these cards if the persons receiving invitations will be paying for and making their own reservations. The total number of enclosure cards requested should add up to the total number of formal invitations requested.
