Nebraska is built of strong communities. Look in all 93 counties and you’ll find the Spirit of Aksarben everywhere you look, from agricultural roots to friends helping their neighbors. Aksarben knows that in order for Nebraska to continue to thrive, each community across the state needs support in maximizing their strengths. For decades, Aksarben has made its Community Grants available to any 501(c)(3) organization in Nebraska looking to positively impact their community. Grant awards are contingent upon a matching gift component and intended for projects budgeted up to $10,000 in total.

THROUGHOUT TIME
THE ORPHEUM THEATER
Halting the demolition of the Orpheum Theater in downtown Omaha and helping restore it to its former glory for Nebraska residents and tourists to enjoy for generations to come.
PUBLIC PARKS
Contributed thousands of dollars to build 4H buildings, upgrade parks, purchase fire trucks, and more.
SMALL TOWN NEBRASKA
Contributed thousands of dollars to build 4H buildings, upgrade parks, purchase fire trucks, and more.
AKSARBEN BRIDGE
Financed the purchase of the Ak-Sar-Ben Bridge between Omaha and Council Bluffs, and gifted it to the cities after eliminating the toll fees.
